InfraWorks from Autodesk is the 2014 replacement program for what was formally known as the Autodesk Infrastructure Modeler program. InfraWorks is simple to use 3D design and presentation utility that allows designers to quickly establish multiple alternative design options for an infrastructure design right on top of aerial maps of your site. The program is designed to be used by users that don’t have a tremendous amount of CAD experience, unlike more advanced modeling packages such as Civil 3D.
