ELO MobileConnector Mobile access to your documents
ELO MobileConnector provides you with mobile access to selected folders and documents. You can sync them from your ELO archive to, for example, a tablet, to your own server or another service and therefore access this data remotely.

Newly created documents such as pictures that you take with your tablet or files that you have generated can easily be transferred from your mobile device to your ELO archive with ELO MobileConnector. This makes ELOoffice a convenient tool for outside appointments.

ELO Click&Find – Intuitive searching
Highlight a search term, start the search and look at the result directly on your screen. This is how easy it is to start a search in your ELO archive from any Windows program with ELO Click&Find. Select an invoice that you, for example, received in an e-mail and pass it on to ELOoffice as a search term via a keyboard shortcut. All relevant information on this process will be provided to you immediately. You define the keyboard shortcut.

ELO DropZone - Logical and automatic filing
ELO DropZone allows you to file documents to the ELO archive faster and more conveniently. Simply drag documents and files to one of the filing tiles you defined. ELOoffice takes care of the keywording and filing according to rules that you defined. This allows you to file documents to the ELO archive even faster and easier.
