Web Builder is a WYSIWYG (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get) program used to create web pages. WYSIWYG means that the finished page will display exactly the way it was designed. The program generates HTML (HyperText Markup Language) tags while you point and click on desired functions; you can create a web page without learning HTML. Just drag and drop objects to the page position them 'anywhere' you want and when you're finished publish it to your web server (using the built in Publish tool). Web Builder gives you full control over the content and layout of your web page.

- WWB now uses latest version of BCGControlBarPro which has many improvements and bug fixes in the 'core' of the framework library.
- Fixed: The application frame windows is correctly maximized/restored now in the multi-monitor environment: in the previous version the frame wasn't correctly maximized in case of the different screen size monitors located in "reversed" order.
- Fixed: Layer background image refresh problem.
- Fixed: Problem with custom regular expression in HTML5 validation.
- Fixed: 'Do not repeat' does not work in CSS Menu for images smaller than 10 pixels.
- Improved: The code of the RandomQuestion and AreYouHuman extensions is now inserted at the start of the page.
