Aid4Mail gives you two choices: Export e-mail into a single zip file, or all messages separately. You can also extract file attachments and attached separately from the content of your mail folders. Another option allows you to save your email without file attachments or, if you want to save space on your hard disk as a simple text message. You can also retrieve the names and addresses of people with whom you correspond. This option is ideal if you want to re-write your address book or create a mailing list.
There are three versions of Aid4Mail: Standard, Professional and Enterprise. Professional version for enterprises, offering the same capabilities, but use different licensing models. Both of them are operated with 20 e-mail clients and e-mail formats. Enterprise Edition also includes a Win32 console version Aid4Mail, so experienced users can handle the package files, and run with other applications. The standard version provides an economical solution for the needs of home users.
The professional version of Aid4Mail can export from and import into Office Outlook and other email clients Windows. This program provides great features for archiving, which allows you to save all your mail directly in compressed ZIP files. Investments are placed in a separate folder from the ZIP files, allowing you to quickly retrieve and e-mail folders can be placed in a non-proprietary mailbox format that can read most email clients, ensuring compatibility with future systems.
