1.) Disable your Network card or pull the network cable (VERY IMPORTANT).

2.) Execute 1_Check_Disable.cmd (double click on it)
(in Vista or Win7/8.x, run it as admin if you have UAC enabled)

Or do it manually
Add the text below to the bottom of your hosts file.
(The host file is located C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts)

3.) Install program with inclusive serial:

or use keymaker with Adobe Photoshop Elements 11.0, when installation finish, dont open program

4.) Copy patch file in program folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 12

Launch Patch as ADMIN and patch file

Instal Update and start program

8.) Enjoy.

PS. IF you have some problem after UPDATE ( but this will not occur ) repeat step 4
